Unaccompanied women over the age of 18 may seek shelter at The Delores Project. In particular, The Delores Project is a safe place for those members of the LGBTQ community who are without a safe place to stay at night. We are available by phone to answer your questions and we reserve any available beds by phone beginning at 11:30 a.m. each day.

The Delores Project offers a Transitional Shelter program for women engaged in case management with other agencies, community re-entry programs, or with our own Transitional Advocate. As a highly desirable program, there is usually a wait-list for access. Please contact us to inquire about this program at 303.534.5411 or info@thedeloresproject.org.

The Delores Project does not require identification or other documentation for use of our services. The Delores Project will not discriminate on the basis of race, color, gender, gender identity or expression, religion, creed, age over 40, ancestry, national origin, disability, sexual orientation, marital status, military status or any other applicable status protected by state or local law in any of its activities or operations.
